Mr. Orange/Freddy murders a woman after she shoots him as he carjacks her. As she was lawfully defending herself and Freddy is a cop, he would be fired and charged with murder if he had lived. No undercover cop is allowed to commit murder regardless if it would blow their cover or endanger their lives.However, Orange must have killed her by fear for his life, not because he thought he was entitled to do so.
