In the restaurant scene, right after Molly refers to Cam as the "liaison guy", Cam clearly reaches his left arm to pat Kirk on the back. The very next frame zooms in on Kirk drinking his water and Cam's arm is no longer there. In the next frame, Cam departs and pats Kirk on the back.
