During the disciplinary hearing scene, there are two flags pictured. One is an American flag, and the other is a Tennessee state flag, even though the film was supposed to have taken place in Pennsylvania. (This was due to the producers not being able to find a Pennsylvania flag that was large enough, so they settled on what they felt to be a fairly generic-looking state flag.)
