As Malorie is being pushed down the street in the panicking crowd, the same young couple can be seen behind her who later appear in the house trying to reach their children by cellphone. The couple are never seen passing Malorie or crossing the front yard from Douglas' point of view to enter the house, especially given that Douglas and Greg locked the front door once Lydia was killed outside and let no one else in until Malorie, Tom and Lucy are let in together.
