However, Chloe is sitting in front of the Vesuvio Restautant and Pizza which is located a 696 Osborne St, Winnipeg, MB, Canada. Besides, the sign in front of Vesuvio says, "Best Pasta in Frisco". No self respecting San Franciscan calls the city "Frisco".
