At around 1:12:12 (One hour, 12 minutes, and 12 seconds) into the film, where the two antagonists are in the washroom cleaning the mace off of one of the antagonist's eyes, (when one of the antagonists shouts "I have to look after you, Lars!"), you can clearly see a crew member come on scene for a quick second. It isn't hard to miss and you can even pause and see the individual.It's not a crew member, it's Lars. The scene is being filmed reflected on a mirror and Lars just happens to move between the camera and the mirror.
