(at around 39 mins) When Dr. Glass is having sex with Michelle Broadwin, he grabs her blonde hair with his left hand and twists it like a rope, and pulls her towards him backwards to his chest. The next scene shows him with his left arm around her neck, and then the next scene shows him holding her hair behind her head in his left hand.
