At the end of the movie when Mooney says how he hates dirty cops and holds up the phone to Jack as incriminating evidence, he holds it up before Jack's first appearance on the video. Seeing the video for the first time, Mooney wouldn't have known the camera was going to turn to show Jack seconds later.
