When John asks Jane to kill the power in the prison assault scene, she takes a few seconds to kill the grid. When he asks to turn it back on, suddenly she needs to go through a complex and lengthy login to get access. She should have been able to reverse it almost immediately since she would need to be already logged in to turn it off in the first place.
