The movie is supposed to be set in the United States (NJ or Philly), but at one point in the movie, the character Cami refers to her mother receiving "physio." This is a give-away that the movie was filmed in Canada, as in the States it is called "physical therapy". In Canada, they refer to it as "physiotherapy," or "physio" for short.
