The scene from around 22-24 minutes in, is supposed to take place in a hospital, but it looks like it was filmed in an underground parking garage. There is no nurses' station, etc. Even the hospital room looks fake: there is no hospital bed, the patient is lying on a metal table, and there is no hospital equipment (for checking blood pressure, pulse, I.V. drip, etc.).
