SPOILER: At the end of the film, the human population is banished from Pandora and last seen boarding a Valkyrie shuttle to begin the journey to earth.
However the ISV Venture Star, the starship at the beginning of the film responsible for ferrying cargo between the two planets, can only sustain 200 humans in stasis for the five year journey, far less than the 300+ personnel manning Hell's Gate. However, many of them had been killed, so there is probably enough room.
