When Dr. Hfuhruhurr decides to inject the prostitute (and later, his wife) with window cleaner, it would have the opposite effect to what he wants. As stated earlier, it "kills the brain last" (which is why Dr. Neccessiter benefited). He needs the brain to die first, but the body to remain vital for the transplant.
