(at around 45 mins) After entering her private training session in front of the Gamemakers, Katniss Everdeen picks up a bow and draws it. In the side shot, she removes her index finger of her bow hand from the top of the arrow's shaft while drawing the bow. When the camera switches to over her right shoulder, her index finger is still over the top of the arrow and Katniss only removes it after she has fully drawn the bow.
