Col. Carruthers is arrested by Van Heusen and accused of the murder of his crew. Yet there is no evidence to support it, other than a skull with a bullet hole, though Van Heusen has no actual bullet and can't prove what gun fired it. His accusations would be incredibly suspect and without merit.
