In the carbon-freezing room fight, after Luke forces Vader off the platform, Luke steps back after peering over the edge and turns off his lightsaber, with the deactivation sound effect playing. As he walks back from the edge beyond sight of the camera, you can see the tip of the fighting prop saber swing into view momentarily. This is due to an offscreen stage hand swapping Luke's saber prop for one without a shaft.
