Near the end, Anand shows Krishna all of the various medications he is on, including terramycin, achromycin, and many others that end in "-mycin", which Krishna then uses to make a point using "-mycin" as a double entendre for "my sin." As funny as the point is, there is no way that Anand would be on all of those medications. All of those drugs are antibiotics (most of them within the same class, i.e., tetracyclines) and they all treat the same problem and work the same way. Having Anand on all of them at once would cause a toxic overdose.
