When Reeves discovers Pjotr's (back facing) brother in the forest shack, as he enters it, the corpse head leans towards the right: when K.R. is then in front (to side) looking at corpse, its head now leans opposite, towards the left (showing wounds): when K. leaves, the last shot into the shack, shows the corpse head is back leaning to the right (again).
