Frank's car almost has a crash with a Renault 25. The Renault has a license plate starting with "RO" and the Romanian flag, but the ID number is not a Romanian valid car number - it's actually Hungarian. (In Hungary the car ID is, for example, ABC-123, but in Romania it's XY 12 ABC, where XY denotes the county.)
