After the Bride kills the trucker who was trying to rape her while she was unconscious, she quickly pulls out the IVs from her arms as clearly seen, but in the aftermath her arms are not bloody or even black and blue. Both things would have happened from the IV lines being abruptly torn away from her flesh, or even in all likelihood if she'd been able to remove them slowly and carefully. So this is an error.
