When Lola is finally going home after the mess, she gets pulled over by a police officer. It would be highly unlikely that the same police officer would pull her over or even be in the same area as the neighborhood of homes that Lola was coming from.
Officer James worked in a downtown police department location and his patrol was primarily downtown.The houses where Lola was driving when she was pulled over was nowhere in the same neighborhood or even the same city. So his coverage for police duties are not warranted.Officer James also was not given any address as to where Lola would be that evening and the slim chance that he would be patrolling that neighborhood is almost none. There would be no reason for him to be there unless he was stalking Lola.
