(at around 1h 27 mins) Near the end, during his battle with Ajax, Ajax says, "i hear you grow back body parts". Although he is, Ajax was not present when Deadpool cut his hand off, and didn't see him again until after it grew back. however, earlier in the highway fight scene, the biker with the sub-machine gun that Deadpool shoots at (and misses) three times, was, in fact, Francis.
