When the bad guy threatens Frank Martin with death after the botched attempt by Frank's friend he holds a gun to his face and threatens to shoot. In the mid-closeup the gun is a 1911 type; in the more dramatic closeup showing a portion of the pistol and Frank's face it is obvious that the gun being held to Frank's face is a Beretta 92. The open slide is the give-away.
