When Leslie Caron is on the bed waiting for Cary Grant to put alcohol on her wound, he pour her some wine. In the first pour, the wine coming out is red. Less than a minute or two later, during the second pour, the wine is clear (possible water?). It's around the 1:14:42 mark of the film on Amazon Prime.
