As the crew pulls up to Fair Furriers (41:49), a church tower can be seen in the passenger rear view mirror, but in the subsequent long shot, there is no church tower in sight, as the Sacred Heart Church (and Lafayette Theater) were digitally removed. They can be seen at 24:53 or 2:59:50, across the street from Penn Drape & Curtains.
