(at around 58 mins) In the control room where Mr. Arnold says that "fences are failing all over the park", you can clearly see on the computer screen that the raptor paddock fences are included. Later John asks "the raptor fences aren't out are they?" Mr. Arnold tells him that they are still on. However, earlier in the movie it was stated that the velociraptors had to be contained in a separate holding pen - which is shown in the movie - away from the paddock shown on the map.
