In the end when Rosie is lying in the hospital bed and Eamon tells her about his plans for surgery, Rosie has one baby on her left arm and the other one is lying on the bed next to her. When the camera "zooms out" as Eamon is leaving, the baby that was lying on the bed is on Rosie's right arm and there's a pillow on her right side that wasn't there in the close-up shot.
