(at around 37 mins) When Marge Guttman and Ellie Grimbridge part ways in front of the motel, Marge walks to the front door of her room and pushes the key into the left side. From the camera's POV inside the room the door should've opened from the right- but the door opened left and Marge walked in. Also, when the men in white coats arrive at the motel to claim Marge's body, the first person to enter the room reaches for the knob on the right (and not the left as Marge had).
