When Lester tries to instigate sex with Carolyn, during the argument about Lester nearly spilling beer on the sofa, Lester angrily stands up to throw a cushion at the sofa. It bounces off, clearly landing on the chair behind him. In the next shot, the cushion is nowhere to be seen; however, in the following shot of Lester, it is clearly visible on the chair.
