At the very end, Spider-Man "leads" two police helicopters barreling down an avenue, skyscrapers towering above them on either side. Short of a war, or possibly martial law, police helicopters would never do this, as it is far too dangerous a maneuver in a metropolis. Also, in New York City, the airspace above Manhattan is federal airspace, which restricts helicopter flights in Manhattan to 1,000 feet above the tallest obstacle, with a horizontal radius of 2,000 feet from the chopper. As a result of restrictions, all helipads in NYC remain on the edge of the island, so at half their available space is over water, not land.
