When Sonny and Pepper arrive at Stark's sweat shop to free Theresa, they get out of the pickup truck and Pepper asks Sonny "Lock it?". Sonny answers "Yeah". Pepper is seen closing his door by pushing it shut and then pushing down the pin that locks the door. You can only do that if the window is down. You can clearly see his hand covering the area where the window comes up out of the door.
