The family friend, who trains young Phillip to be an assassin, is wearing Russian Flora Camo pants (which wasn't issued until 1998) and a Army Combat Tactical shirt (with the Multicam Pattern on the sleeves) which wasn't issued until 2007). This sequence takes place in Austria in 1981, Years before these items were developed and sold.
