During the hospital corridor scene, as Kimble is wheeling away the injured boy, Dr Eastmann (Julianne Moore) looks up from her position in the corridor to observe Kimble from the rear looking at the x-ray film. However, in the preceding shot of Kimble from the front, Eastmann's corridor position is visible in the background but both Eastmann and her patient are clearly absent.
