(at around 1h 50 mins) At the end of the movie, Swagger states that the bullet used by the feds to metallurgic match his rifle to the assassination was shot at a can of stew a week earlier. There is no way the feds recovered that bullet unless they witnessed him shooting the stew at the beginning of the movie, which they did not.
