While European co-operation is close, it would still take weeks for a German suspect to be extradited to France. They would also not hand him over without having talked to a lawyer first.It is doubtful that the Italian or the German would be extradited to France at all. They committed crimes (drug trafficking) in Italy and Germany and would be impeached in this countries.
