When John subdues Perkins in his room in the Continental, Charon calls and asks if Wick needs a "dinner reservation" (i.e., corpse clean up) for his "uninvited guest". Since breaking hotel rules is a capital offense, the response should have been much more serious and immediate (i.e, "revoking of privileges"). Instead Perkins is allowed to attack and kill another guest.
