When Teddy first meets Rachel # 2 in the cave, she is barefoot, just as had been predicted by the staff (because she had left both of her pairs of shoes in her room). However, when Rachel approaches Teddy in the morning in order to wake him up and send him on his way, a pair of dark colored flat canvas shoes are seen on her feet.
