Throughout the film, dates are spoken or written in the mm/dd/yyyy format and with ordinal numbers (e.g. "1st", "2nd", "3rd" and so forth). In any military setting, dates are always written in dd/mm/yy format, and the month is always abbreviated in print by its first three letters. For example, the date June 29, 2022 would be written as 29 Jun 22, and spoken out loud as "Twenty-nine June twenty-two").
