Throughout the film, there are little moments inserted to visually demonstrate Jules and Vincent being twins including moments where they do the exact same thing at the exact same time. Near the end of the film when Jules and Vincent are sitting at desks across from each other, both men scratch their ears. If you pay attention to Arnold Schwarzenegger, he sneaks a look at Danny DeVito so he can make sure he times his scratching to match DeVito.
