When Johnny 5 is initially attacked after picking up Oscar, immediately after having his shoulder hit he drops to the ground. As he lands, you can briefly see at the top of his screen his head broken and dangling upside down in front of him as if the model broke during the fall. It also appears to be missing his right eye.
