At the internet café, Turner types in her login id and password into the email system three times which takes about 30 seconds and alerts Espin to her location. Morgan then calls the 'Hunter' to tell him to intercept them at Pennsylvania and North Street.When the Hunter receives the call he is parked on the west side of the Potomac by Arlington Memorial bridge. Even in light traffic, the drive to Pennsylvania Ave. is at least 10 minutes from here, maybe 15 minutes including parking and walking to the café. However, he arrives outside just as Turner is on her third try at typing in a password.
