After shooting Young Boris' arm off, young Agent K has reset the past. Therefore K should have no memory of J telling him not to arrest Boris, but to shoot him instead. Yet when Boris emerges from the tunnel, K remembers J's advice & shoot Boris. With the past restored, K should have arrested Boris.
