Lindsey's boss is waiting for her to return (supposedly from the ladies' room) to hold her promotion celebration with the entire office staff in attendance; Lindsay leaves the celebration abruptly to go to Fenway Park for Game 4 of the 2004 American League Championship Series. But Game 4 of the 2004 ALCS was played on a Sunday (October 17, 2004). Her office, even if open, would not have been fully staffed.
