When the Brachiosaurus makes its entrance, there is a long branch pointing to the left on one of the foreground trees (the one just behind the hood of the jeep) that appears behind the dinosaur, as it wasn't properly composited in front of the CGI creature. Many other branches in front of the dinosaur look faint, blurry and thin, then become thicker and more clearly visible as it walks past. Some of these mistakes were fixed in the 3D re-release, in which the incorrectly composited branch was erased entirely.
