When Rachel is in the lab she has a coworker bring her handbag up to the catwalk. The coworker is wearing the same exact clothes, has the same exact hairstyle, and is of a similar build. Later, a third woman - the fake Rachel - appears in the cafe wearing the same clothes, having the same hairstyle, and with a similar build. Apparently there was a different intent for the coworker at some point. The reason for the two doppelgangers is never explained.
