After Dorothy is given the lollipop from the Lollipop Guild and taken over to Glinda before the witch appears, she stands in front of Glinda, the Munchkins scream before the smoke appears. At one point when the Wicked Witch of the West starts talking to Dorothy you see Dorothy holding the flowers and lollipop, shortly afterwards you don't see flowers or lollipop, then you see the flowers but no lollipop. You also see Dorothy's hair change from long and semi-straight to short and curly on the end.
