When Drippy does not know the meaning of the word 'ergo', Mr. Nellist calls her a Luddite, presumably using the word to imply that she is ignorant.However, colloquially, a Luddite is a person who is opposed to new technology or ways of working or is someone who resists progress. So it is, in fact, Mr. Nellist who is the ignorant one in this case.
