At the start of the film, a villain is alerted by one of Bond's girls where they both incorrectly used the phrasing of voice communication language in saying "Over and out." "Over" means you are waiting for a reply and the term "out" means you are closing the voice communication conversation, thus becomes contradictory as you cannot do both.
