Before Pete and Tovey take the illegal cars for a joy ride, Dino mentioned that the cars belonged to his Uncle. When the interrogators are interrogating Tobey in jail, they said Dino's uncle reported the cars as stolen (GTA). Tobey shakes his head and says Dino's uncle is lying. Actually Dino's uncle told the truth to the police. Dino's uncle never lent him the cars, only Dino did.
