(at around 27 mins) Superman (who can fly) takes Lois Lane (who can't) into the skies, where we see her flying by his right side, with her arms outstretched. Since she can't fly herself, she should be lagging behind and beneath Superman, especially when he lets go of her for a few seconds. Lois doesn't have the strength to keep her arms even with his, and her right hand doesn't make a convincing "aileron" to keep her body's attitude level with his. Realistically, she'd be dangling and twirling under Supes' body (specifically, his steady right hand) like a skydiver caught on a defective static line under an aircraft.
